Providing services for older adults is a 24/7 job. So when we were looking to reconstruct our parking lot, schedule was important. Not only did Poblocki and their team meet the schedule, they spent extra time to make sure that field elevations, curb cuts and sidewalks made good practical sense to help keep our residents safe when tending to their gardens or just going out with friends!

We hired Poblocki Paving to construct a new parking lot including excavation, tree removal, an underground detention storm water system, concrete, retaining walls and pavement late in the year. I was very impressed with the efficiency and competency of the team. They had a game plan with tight deadlines and they met or exceeded every expectation we had. When I first contacted Poblocki, I thought that they were "too big" to really care about the customer, but after this job my mind has been changed. Every member of the team from the owner, to the project manager including the field staff was courteous, conversational and everyone cared about the project and knew their responsibility. I have never seen such exceptional communication, thoroughness and efficiency from a contractor and am proud to have hired Poblocki Paving!

I contracted with Poblocki Paving on an extremely challenging large, multi-tenant property in a retail/commercial environment. The original schedule called for multiple phases and an extended timeframe to complete the work which would be difficult on our tenants. Poblocki proposed an aggressive production schedule which had my tenants concerned that couldn’t be achieved. I was skeptical as well, but Poblocki maintained the site traffic control, completed all the phases ahead of schedule and the quality was excellent in ½ the time that we had planned originally. The tenants were ecstatic that their businesses were not affected throughout the project and I trust Poblocki without question to deliver an amazing customer experience!
