We hired Poblocki Paving to construct a new parking lot including excavation, tree removal, an underground detention storm water system, concrete, retaining walls and pavement late in the year. I was very impressed with the efficiency and competency of the team. They had a game plan with tight deadlines and they met or exceeded every expectation we had. When I first contacted Poblocki, I thought that they were "too big" to really care about the customer, but after this job my mind has been changed. Every member of the team from the owner, to the project manager including the field staff was courteous, conversational and everyone cared about the project and knew their responsibility.
